We paddled from Kingsbridge to Salcombe then walked back to Kingsbridge. Our guide We were a bit nervous about paddling so far but Mandy, our guide, was amazing. We had the tide with us and Mandy knew where to paddle to avoid the wind. The estuary was simply beautiful and we loved stopping on a hidden beach for a cup of tea. Everything was taken care off and when we arrived in Salcombe we just changed clothes and walked back up the Estuary on paths and lanes we would never have found on our own!

We booked the Bowcombe Bridge tour as a family treat. The equipment was top-notch and Simon was a very calm. professional guide who made us all feel very much at ease. Stopping for a freshly made hot chocolate was a special treat and the whole trip was a great success.
