Avon Valley SUP and Walk Tour

If you’ve never walked or paddled your way down the Avon river, we can help you do both. Depending on the tide, we’ll either start at Bigbury Bay or Aveton Gifford where our guide will kit you out with boards, paddles and buoyancy aids and guide you along the river, stopping for a cream tea on a quiet creek. Transport will be waiting at the other end with your walking gear and after some refreshments your guide will walk you either up or down the stunning Aune Valley back to your vehicles.

Meet at Timber Car Park in Aveton Gifford which is just off the roundabout at the top of the tidal road.

Duration: 3.5 hours
Ability: some SUP experience and happy to walk for 2 hours

Prices include all equipment – Red Paddle touring board, carbon paddle, buoyancy aid, leash and all refreshments as well as a SUP guide and walking guide. Please turn up in your wet gear ready to paddle and have your walking gear ready so we can arrange for it to be waiting for you at the end of the SUP tour.

Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you kitted up.
